Cell phone drivers

I am positive most have encountered the dumbass driver on the cell phone obviously paying more attention to their conversation rather than the road. This is definitely one of my largest pet peeves. It really pisses me off when their stupidity causes you to miss a light or have to change your driving speed cause they don't realize why the hell they are doing. People may say you just have road rage if you get angry about these things but that's totally bull shit. I am allowed to get pissed at those who drive like idiots.
